Yes, completely free and with no obligation. We inspect the roof, photograph what we find, and hand you a written estimate. There is no charge whether you hire us or not, and no one is going to call you six times afterward.
What information should I have ready?
Your address, roughly how old the roof is if you know, what you are seeing inside or outside the house, and whether a recent storm came through. If you have already filed an insurance claim, have your claim number handy. None of this is required, it just helps us help you faster.
Do you charge for an estimate after a storm?
No. Post-storm inspections are free, including the photo documentation you would need for a claim. We will tell you honestly whether you have enough damage to be worth filing on, because a claim that gets denied helps nobody.
